I think from what I've noticed Walmart is a-lot cheeper than Target and i've heard that even toys r us and babies r us have a good variety.
I just checked online to see how the prices were at that site I gave you by going to target's site and they were within a dollar of each other BUT the diaper site gives free shipping...Just another thought...have you looked on ebay?! They might have sealed, new boxes of diapers...
hi not sure if this helps but u can get nappies (diapers) and formula from supermarkets online like asda. and tesco's where u would do u normal shopping. if u have 1 that delivers to ur address. good luck :)

They usually have some sort of coupon code too...I keep meaning to steal one of the pages out of the mag when I go to my ob lol
