Are any of you anemic?? And if so what kind of symptoms do you have and how did you find out?

I was always very tired, and wanted rare meat. Which is odd for me because I hardly eat meat..so, I told my doctor and she had me get my blood drawn and turns out I'm extremely anemic. I take iron pills every day now.

I am and I get freezeing cold all the time even when its not cold out idk what else but I found out from a blood test

I was anemic but got it under control. I was always cold, was losing a lot of my hair and bruised very easily. I also didn't eat much at all.

And I get very cold too real fast. I have iron pills but I really don't take them. Which I should but my pb&j sandwiches every day gives me that energy I need for a lil while

What about nose bleeding? Does that has something to do with being anemic?

I've been having extreme dizzy spells and almost passing out several times idea. I'm extremely hydrated. Eat well. And don't get up too quickly. So I just don't know what's going on. Was thinking maybe anemia.

Im having the same symptoms as you! Im only 7 weeks along tomorrow. I was anemic with my last pregnancy and dont remember having any symptoms but its sounding like anemia this time w the dizziness tiredness and coldness .. i had ny heat on this morning in my car n it was 70 degrees out

I had big black circles around my eyes and they were a little sunken. I'd get dizzy and faint. I never ever felt good. I had it pretty bad as a teenager.

I found out I was a anemic because all I would eat was ice.and I was put on little tiny green iron pills.

I bruise easily and it takes forever for the bruise to go away, I'm always tired and lack energy. The dr just recently started me on iron pills so it should start kicking in soon
