Becareful with the supplement they cause constipation. Its better to do the dark green leafy veggies.
yeah my docter gave me iron suplements but im scared it wont be enough but i will certainly try those things thanks!!:)

You can eat spinach in a salad. Its very high in iron and doesn't have much flavor raw. You can also put it in lasagna and it takes on the flavor of the sauce. You can also ask for iron supplements but iron through food is best. I've been slightly enemic my whole life. Red meats beans are also really good for getting iron. Fish is as well. I eat a lot of broccoli with dip. Try maybe googling a good diet to try and fallow.
I have iron pills too ask your doctor for some. but I also eat like peanut butter like crackers and peanut butter, peanut butter sandwiches. Try looking up things that you can eat other than veggies. That will give you that boost.
