Im 37 weeks and 3 days. I woke up this morning with pressure and lower back pain. I've had it all day, to the point where its difficult to walk. Its all i can do to change positions. The pressure seems to be more towards the lower right side of my back than anywhere. Any ideas or suggestions on what this could be?

I don't know for sure, but it sounds like it could be labor to me. Call l& d just to be sure.

And also, i cant tell if Im having mild contractions or if its just the baby moving. My whole stomach tightens up but she is so active its hard to be exact.
