Do lots and lots of walking leading up to your due date.! I'd say around like 34 weeks just start getting in the habit of going for a walk everyday. I honestly think that helped me so much when labor time came around with my first son because not only did it help to dilate once I was closer but it just helps to keep you in shape so that you don't get so overly exhausted from pushing.
