I helped my mom plan mine.  It's my first and only child,  so I wanted to be apart of it. I helped choose what to serve for dinner, the decor, who came. All that good stuff.

I was a apart of the process for mine! I dont think it matters. I mean its not like your the one hosting or sending invitations.
