anyone know whats safe ??
I'm breastfeeding my baby but I've been having problems going to the restroom ever since I had her which is about 2 weeks and a half.. what can I drink or use that is safe for my baby that can help me go to the restroom? or is it not safe??
Miralax is supposed to be something to take if you are severely constipated, and I think it's safe. Ask your doctor what you can do or take to help.
Welch's Grape juice or prune juice. Grape juice tastes a million times better!
