anyone with kids had this happen?

I've been watching baby programmes for a few weeks now and after picking up my youngest from pre-school I put one of them on. He has been here most of the times I have watched them and looked at the tv for a few seconds then carried on playing. Today though, he stood watching and when he saw a baby on the screen he came over to me and said mummy, you've got 2 babies in your tummy and put his hand on my belly. It freaked me out a little, I have to say. He has also been much more loving towards me in the last week or so, giving me cuddles and telling me he loves me.
Dh and I agreed we aren't going to tell our 3 (dd, 6, ds1, 4 and ds2, 3) until after the first scan when things look ok.....is it his sixth sense? has anyone else had a similar experience like this?

I know when I was pregnant with DS2, my then DD4 kept saying she wanted a real baby for christmas.  We kept telling her "good luck with that" because we weren't trying.  2 weeks before christmas I got a positive pregnancy test.

strange isn't it, i wonder if there is anything in it?
how old was your dd when she was saying that to you?
my youngest isn't really interested in babies, so for him to mention anything about it is weird!
