Pineapple is awesome for that as well. I swear I never pooed as good as I did when I ate pineapple every day! Also an Apple give you more energy than a cup of coffee!

I am thinking you may want to slow down on the apples if you are constipated. It is one of the foods we use to stop diarriah. It is part of the BRAT foods to bananas, rice, apples, and toast. You really should try more fiberous foods like what some of the ladies have suggestef or

I gave the same advice a couple months ago! I learned it myself to l! I religiously started eating ago apple before bed and drinking a glass of water and I went from crapping rocks every couple days to taking a nice healthy crap when I woke up. It's the best home remedy. Even when laxatives and stool softeners don't work!
