Signs of early labor?

Alright, I am 33 weeks and I have been experiencing lower back pain, cramps, nausea and I believe braxton hicks. I can also feel him sitting lower and at some points feels as if he is sitting on my hips. I contacted my doctor and have an appointment Thursday 1/26 but I am still very concerned if this could be the start of him being here sooner than expected. My stomach feels lower and bigger and I am uncomfortable pretty much anyway I sit or lay.

I'm also 34 weeks and been experiencing aches and pains as well. At first I was worried too, specially since I didn't experience any pains with my two previous pregnancies until I was in labor. but now i'm used to the pains.
I told the doctor and she said it's normal to experience them around this time.

Im 34 weeks and feel the same but i dont think your going into early labor. It can be only braxton hicks, and for him sitting lower is your almost there.
