my daughter, now almost 3, and very healthy was in the NICU  for 5 weeks after she was born and the nurses there told me the playtex bottles with liners, although a little more expensive, mimic the natural sucking and emptying of breast feeding. and since there is no air in the bottle your baby will have less problems with gas. hope this helps

I couldnt afford to buy the really good bottles, but i really wish i could have, i had to use the cheap dollar general brand of bottles just because i couldnt afford anything else, if i could have tho i would have gotten either Dr. Brown or Tommie Tippie.
Dr. Brown has really good bottles, also has glass bottles that i hear are really good. I work at Babies"R"Us and i hear good recommendations for Dr. Browns glass bottles all the time.

My sister used glass with her daughter the whole time.    They are easier to sanitize and don't have health risks like plastic bottles do.
