Indigestion or something else?
In a whole lot of pain today, been having pains in my stomach that sometimes shoot up into my chest. When I turn to lay on my left side that's when it hurts the most, takes my breathe away I am in so much pain. Does it sound like major indigestion or could it be something else?

Unfortunately my doctors office is closed right now. If it continues through the night I plan on making a trip to the hospital. I've never felt such pain in my upper stomach like I have today.
