You need to go get seen, unless you think it was just gas or something.. you know you're body better then anyone here. If it was me, i would already be at the hospital.  I wouldn't take any risks.  Specially bc Incompetent cervix happens between 18-23 weeks gestation.

You cant wait until Saturday- I cant tell you that it's for sure incompetent cervix but if it is you want to get seen right away.  If you don't you can end up loosing you're baby.  I felt weird pain in my lower abdomen as well.. This sounds way too familiar to me.. and Id hate for anyone to go through it.  But it's you're baby and you;re body so if you want to wait that's on you... good luck and I really pray it's nothing.

Just bc you're not bleeding doesn't mean everything is fine.. you usually dont even have any spotting when this happens...

Ok no offense but you girls are mistaken... there is a condition called incompetent cervix where you have painless dilation and it feels like there is a "balloon" or something in between you're legs or you can feel nothing until the membranes bulge.  I lost my baby at 19 weeks bc of this.. and there is no bleeding, no pain, no watery discharge.  The only sign you may have is some back pain and like I said a "weird" feeling in between you're legs.  If you think there is something wrong you need to go to the hospital bc not everyone here has experienced something like what you're describing and this early on most woman would have no idea as to what it could be.  So go get checked out ASAP.
