baby having trouble sleeping, please read and help if you can

So my one and half month old daughter has been up practically all day, with short naps here and there, im talking stroller ride short. which happens to be the only time she will sleep, car rides too. Both of which would be fine except as soon as she is taken out of the car or brought in from outside in the stroller she wakes up. binky wont work, rocking and walking wont work. food wont work at this point either, she has a clean diaper on. she isn't screaming either so im not sure what to do, but she hasn't really "slept" good for 12 hours now, im not sure what to do, if anyone has any tips or advice i would love to hear them! thank you

It seems to have been a bit of a backup, they helped that along and now we are back home FINALLY with a sleeping daughter, and I'm gonna get some sleep before my appointment in 3 hours haha. True bliss and exhaustion is having a child. I was up for 25 hours and I'm gonna get 3 hours of sleep :P, still wouldn't trade her for the world! Ty all for your help and ideas. I appreciate them all! Goodnight..goodday all :)

Try warm baths before bedtime. You could also give her a little gripe water when she's gassy.

I hope she's okay, but it really just sounds like that 6 week old peak. My daughter started this a couple weeks ago (she's 7 weeks) and around this time they start to stay up longer and cry a bit more. My daughter thinks she can stay up all day and be fine, only to find a few hours later she's exhausted lol. It'll get better, this is the peak so its normally all down hill from here (aka more sleep at night and less fussiness). Every baby is different, and I do hope she's fine, but she's probably just gearing up to sleep longer tonight, and play more during the day

She may have a bit of reflux. You can try to keep her elevated for 30 minutes after feeding. Have you tried baby wearing? It was a lifesaver for me. The rocking motion plus my body heat lulled her to sleep. My daughter would only sleep 20-40 minute stretches during the day for a long time but once we figured out her reflux and allergy issues she slept much better.

Unfortunately some babies are like that.. They get confused w day/night. My 1st, NEVER slept he's 7 now & still isn't a big sleeper. I know how hard it is I would sometimes just cry from exhaustion. It's hard too bcuz the baby is still so little.. Something's to try- keep her action during the day-talk to her, peddle her feet, move hands up & down, during the day get her some sun (sit outside with her peddling her feet). Start a bedtime routine. Also talk to Ur pediatrician next time U go in for tips. And then hope for the best.. Good luck.

Sometimes u just have to put them how u know they are comfortable and go where u can't hear them. Set the timer for 15 min and when it goes off, go back and check on them. If they're still crying, repeat. Sometimes by holding/rocking/etc. U train your baby to cry for attention. If nothing is wrong they will eventually cry them self to sleep.

Lmao yes, that's a good way to look at it! She doesn't have a fever or any signs of being sick or gassy?

Oh yeah we have a fan going, also she usually sleeps to this lullaby we found on YouTube, but she wants nothing to do with it lol. I just got her back to sleep, we shall see if it sticks this time. I mean she HAS to sleep at some point, right? ROFL

Have you tried white noise? My first born wouldn't sleep well if it was too quiet. I'd keep the TV on during the day, and at night I'd have a fan on. I also recommend swaddling and maybe laying next to her until she drifts off.
