Deli meat is completely safe, it's all fully cooked, it's just cooled down. As long as it has been stored properly, you are good to go. You actually have more of a chance getting sick from heating it up because bacteria can grow faster at room temperature. Avoid raw meat/fish, slow down on caffeine and limit your salt. Almost anything in moderation is okay. And congratulations on your pregnancy! Welcome to the club!

I was never told not to eat anything besides alcohol and to limit my caffeine and unpasteurized cheese. I've ate eggs over easy a lot and didn't even hear about the deli meat thing til I was about 35 weeks

Raw sushi. Deli meats. Unpasteurized milk and cheese like the Mexican one or goat milk. Undercooked eggs. And..... That's all I can remember.
