What's the difference between regular lower back pain and sciatica nerve pain?
Chiropractic care during pregnancy is wonderful for sciatic pain. I see my chiropractor every two weeks until about 30 weeks then I see him more often. Helps to make delivery easier with your hips aligned properly.
You can contact your doctor especially if the pain is too intense. Sciatic nerve pain is normal during pregnancy but if gets unbearable there may be a few things that can help.
