back pain
I'm 32 weeks exactly and I keep having what feels like a bone pop in my back upper bum area like it hurts so bad it causes me to completly stop moving
And almost fall over in pain. It happened to me about4 or 5 times in a row after I finished dinner. It hurts but I can handle it. It just scares me.

It's weird it like lower back top if the bum like my bone literally came out and then moved somewhere else and causes me pain

If it continues go to the cz i had bk pains for 2 days and thanksgiving it got worse, iT turn out i was having real contraction and they gave me 3 bags of fluid to stopt it. I was only 22weeks
Hip or lower back probably just try to relax I'm sure all is fine
