Ya it helps to take the vitamins before bed. But as for the ceasar salad... Sorry to say thats one of the worst salads to get since the dressing is quite fatty... and the fries are deep fried in oil... I mean its better than a hamburger but still the salad alone has 500 calories and 1600mg of sodium.... But you might be growing out of your yucky feeling stage pretty soon as you are into your second trimester and that is normally when everyone starts to feel better. Try making a salad at home though and maybe that will help but its very important to take your vitamins for your babies sake.

I ate fast food throughout my WHOLE pregnancy. not every day, but a good amount. I've only gained like 25 lbs too. I'm 40+3, and as for the vitamins, the prenatals I was prescribed got me so sick, I'd throw up right after taking them. so my doctor said I could take flintstones ones. I take the gummies
With my first pregnancy I felt sick to eat healthy ( before I was clean eater) so I ate alot of fast food. Th thought of anything healthy made me vomit then at end getting heartburn alot I soon gave up fast food n back to healthy makesure u take ur vitamins n alot water :-)
Im a horrible eater also and what i did was get vitamins from the health food store they have extra nutrients and contain fruit and veggie extract and they have ginger also so it helps with the nausea i really liked em i never had an issue with em! might go to your local health food store see what they got the ones i had were garden of life its a purple bottle!
When I first started taking my prenatals I would get sick as well, but I found a glass of milk with dinner, then taking the prenatals did wonders.
I cook a few times a week, but we eat fast food a lot too. Just take your vitamens and try to eat healthy. Once you get a little futher along you might be able to stomach cooking. That's how it was for me.
