My baby's head is engaged already so just trying to kick start my labour
I bounce quite soft on my ball and rock slowly back and forth and round! Just to keep my pelvis loose. I think it's working as when I saw my midwife at 36 weeks she said babies head was engaging, I have an appointment next week so will see what they say then :) x
I did the yoga ball thing for along time mostly the last month or so of my pregnancy . I was over 2 weeks late when they induced me .so I wouldn't recommend it
