I had that problem as well. I learned I couldn't eat banana's as much because they would stop me up for a day or two and I would have to suffer the next day. My baby loves fruit and I learned that watermelon is high in fiber and if I eat a banana and watermelon it'll keep me ok.

And constipation is completely normal during pregnancy.
If you are taking your prenatals, they probably have iron in them. That'll stop you up better than anything else! Try more fiber intake and if needed, take colace as needed.
