been a long time!!

So, I had my first son may 13 of this year, he's going on 7 months old, crawling already, and is such a bundle of joy!!! BUT, I have a question for any mommies to "stair step" babies...I don't know for sure if I am pregnant, having some weird symptoms that I had with my 1st pregnancy and I'm a few days late, waiting to test about a week or so...hubby and I weren't "trying" but I don't take birth control, so...
Anyway, if you had back to back babies, how was it for you as a mom? My biggest fear is that my 1st son will feel unloved or unwanted. Also, were your families accepting? My mom had 11 months between my brother and myself and 11 months between my older sisters. And my oldest sister has about a year between her sons...but my husbands family all have like years and years between their children...so I'm kinda just wondering some of your experiences and things :)

My 2 oldest are one year apart. I was completely fine up until a month or two before giving birth to my second, then in started getting really depressed that I want going to be able to give my first the attention and one on one time I thought he deserved. But once his little sister arrived it was awesome. He was obsessed with her and she with him. They are the best of friends and she has excelled in development trying to be like him so much that people think they are twins or that she is even older. It is great having them so close because we don't have any family or friends with kids their age. I'm honestly thinking about trying to get pregnant right away again after my current one comes out just so she can be close to a sibling like the two oldest are. As for the mom side of it, it is hard work having 2 kids in diapers and both wanting your attention, but if they are close enough you can do the same activities with them.
