help!

I'm 37+3. At my Dr appointment yesterday morning, I was 3.5cm, thinned, & baby's head is very easy to feel. Went walking over 2miles later in the afternoon & about 2 or 3 hours later I had my bloody show. Started having menstrual like cramps. They have continued into today. Went walking again this morning, baby is lower & cramps are even worse. I never went into labor on my own with my first.. Does this sound like labor?????

I haven't been timing them so far, definitely get stronger. I had lost the mucus plug 2wks ago then after a long walk yesterday I had the bloody show which brought on some strong pains. I'm hoping it's the real thing as I'm doing a vbac & he's already at 8lbs.

Sounds like it could possibly be your body getting ready for the real thing!

It could be real or false labor, you're so dilated maybe its real!! Keep tracking those pains most likely there contractions.

How strong & far apart are your cramps & do they get more intense?
I've read that bloody show could happen as early as 2 weeks before you deliver. With my first I had bloody show & lost my mucus plug in the same day & had my lil guy 1 1/2 days later!
