bfn 8-9dpo is all hope lost!?

I  tested with the dollar store brand and got a bfn 8-9dpo. I know it is still early.. but with my last pregnancy that ended in miscarrage I tested positive a week before af was due. I wanted to surprise hubby with a positive test for christmas! Is all hope lost???? My breasts are sore which is why I tested, I'm guessing its just AF on her way. Any Advice?

So I broke down and decided to take another test and got a BFN.(ughh).  The sad part is that i'm out of test and now I want be able to test on Christmas :(.  So it looks like I'm goin to have to wait and i'll prolly just wait til 14 dpo.

I got bfns at 8, 9, and 10 dpo and i was pregnant.  Don't geive up hope!

I do believe we are on the same cycle. AF is due on the 29th. I will def keep you posted on the results of the test Finger and toes will be crossed lol.

Thanks everyone for commenting! Im so anxious! tsinclair we are on the same cycle it seems like, when is af due? Im due the 28th or 29th. Its so hard not to test I'm temped to again right now its terrible!! LOL. And yes it would be the best christmas present ever. Good luck to you and let me know what happens tomorrow :)

I am also 8-9dpo and I took a test as well and got a BFN. I'm not discouraged because its still early. So don't give up hope just yet its still early for the both of us and BFP is still possible. I still have sore bbs so I'm thinking I still have chance. I'm def testing again tomorrow (christmas morning) and i'm praying and hoping for a BFP. This would be the best Christmas present ever. Let's keep our fingers crossed

All pregnancies are different. Getting an early test result with one pregnancy doesn't mean you will with another. The hormone rises differently in each one. You would do best to wait until 14dpo or later to test. Good luck.

@krey i was tempted 2 buy the test 2day bt i could nt decided 2 wait 4 AF 4rom 2moro until 28 then take it 4rom there bt the stress is eating me alive waisted so much money on preg test,we r pregnent im telling u tested early

Its not too late!!! I tested at 8dpo and got a bfn. Then, at 12 dpo, i tested with a digital clear blue test and got a bfp!!!! I had got bpn on dpo 6, 8 and 10 and thought all was lost but i still got my BFP!!! Maybe get a digital test and test again after 12 dpo.
