For me it's hit or miss, I could eat fruit one day and the next day eat the exact same fruit and get sick, the other day I had baked potato and the next day I had another one and it came right back up...it's like a mystery everytime I eat :(
Im scared to eat I feel so bloated and nausaus after. Maybe ill just try foods you said april. Thanks for your responses.
I've had a similar issue. i wasn't like that with my first child. i could eat two or three plates at a time. Now i can barely finish one without being sick
Yep. Your feeling morning sickness. You will learn which foods make you sick and which foods you can keep down. When I had morning sickness foods like oranges,grapes and raisans were pretty good. But foods like patatos and meat made me sick. Hearty foods. Just make sure to stay hydrated if you become dehydrated try drinking gateraid.
