How do they check

Do they just stick fingers in to see if your dilated or what.  I'm nervous

Yes they insert at least two fingers and kinda press down on your stomache

Just like shinieshoes said they just stick there fingers inthere. Really there's nothing to be nervous about its normal.

Yes they stick their finger and put alot of pressure. It hurts for a bit

Yes they just stick their fingers in.. Some people say it hurts some say it doesn't. And you might be sore or have some cramping or spotting after. That's normal.

My doctor is starting that next week and im so nervous as well. Good luck, would love to know the answer myself!
