body temp
my question is really simple Iwas wondering if your body temp goes up with the start of your period coming? cause mine has and usually I thought it was when u only ovaulate. just wondering .thanks
The body temp shifts down as the progesterone hormone levels go down. This downward temp can happen 0-3 days before your period starts. Then during your period, it fluctuates although mainly it stays at lower temps due to the estrogen hormones. Hope this helps.
mine went up when i had my period coming, but sometimes it could just be other factors.
