body temp

Anyone else having a problem stayin warm.. omg im always cold the heat n my house is on 67 sometimes 70 i sleep with a quilt on all the time im constantly shivering or gettin chill bumps.. have u ladies experience this n your first tri(mess)ter oh btw im a FTM n im 4wk 3d.. could this b anemia????

I've had to bring it up twice to my doctor and once they finally did testing they found it. It's really nice not freezing your *** off anymore and having some energy lol. Good luck and let me know what happens :)

Thanks ladies.. ive bought it to my doctors attention even before my pregnancy n they never checked @lauraashley im exactly that way im always cold n i will definitely bring it up again wen i go to OB..

I went to the doctors last week and I couldn't keep warm and I was always exhausted. My OB did some tests on me and it came back that my iron levels were extremely low. Since I started taking iron supplements I'm not freezing all the time and have more energy. Bring it up to your doctor and see what they say, your iron could just be low. Never hurts to get checked!

I'm 35 weeks and I'm the opposite I just to sleep with 2 blankets, socks warm pjs and now I sleep naked and without blankets

I have no idea love because I was and still am the opposite.. I can't stay cool! I'm like a portable hot water bottle to my fiancé hahaha. 22+1 weeks.. Hope you get some answers!
