Well honestly, I just told my brother and my sister in law last Saturday. It was terrifying. It wasn't so bad but I knew it wouldn't be, they're so supportive and they just told me the usual babies change a lot of things, etcetc. My dad on the other hand, it went better than I expected, and the only reason that is is because my sister is pregnant as well, and she hasn't told dad and didn't plan on it(there's issues between my sisters and my father for some unknown reason. even since my mom died, they blame him for everything) so I kinda got the better end of the stick because I actually told him, and in person. I feel so much better letting everyone know. I think you will to! Just be straight up with them about it.

Im 18 and I found out I got pregnant a few weeks after 17. I just moved out of my parents house with my boyfriend and didnt even last a month after graduating lol. I told my parents right away and they suggested abortion. I told them No!! But they have come to accept the fact they are having a grandchild. All your parents can do is accept it. And if they do not then that is thier problem. Its freaking scary tho lol. But youll feel so much better after u tell them

I was 18 with my first. My dad said "I'm not surprised." Haha! I was terrified to tell him! I expected my mom to freak- she was 17 when she had my brother- and she did, but not the way I expected. She said "Your (butt) is going to get so HUGE!" It really is a relief once you tell them. I am getting my ultrasound tomorrow, and that's when I'm going to tell my folks about this one. Good luck!

I told my parents on fathers day. I can not say they have been supportive. Mybparents and my husband do not get along. They feel that cause my husband wants nothing to do with rhem they can not have a relationship with me and my child. We have not spoke for almost 3 weeks. My mum has said she does not want to be at my baby shower and has not shown any enthusiasm or bought anyrhing for my baby. Its heartbreakinf as i am an only child and this is there first grandchild. Luckily mybhusbands damily is really excited and spoiling my little one already. Hes gotten so much clothes and roys from them already its really nice.

get it over with dear! they love you and will get over it! I was afraid to tell my mom with this pregnancy even tho she is my best friend. the first person I told was my 2 year old daughter (other than hubby) in hopes that she would accidentally tell my mom so I didn't have to lol so one day I texted her and said "mom I want you to know before I say this that I am very happy and don't want any negative feedback, IM PREGNANT", I am 20 but I was 19 when I told her and I had my first child at 16 so I was afraid she would be disappointed, but she texted me back and said "YAY!! I want a boy, no a girl, no BOTH!" I was in shock at how well she took it and she has been thrilled from day 1. good luck and I hope your parents take it just as well :)

I told my mom first she was happy she could hit a back flip. Then i told my dad when i was 20 weeks he was disappointed then he got over it when i told him i dont nerd anything but support. He was just worried thats all. But i have not told him the sex yet. So he will be excited because in my house more girls than boys now its like that with his grandkids finally.

My mom hates my husband and i was gonna tell her a few weeks sooner with this one but she did the same  thing (u guys def dont need more kids, ur husband needs too grow up first) so id get mad & not say anything. Then i couldnt take it anymore.

Buy them a congrats card and put an u/s pic in it. Or buy a lil gift bag with a bottle, binki, & socks or something...

I tell my parents everything so it was easy for me with my second. But with my first, i waited forever it seemed. they were mad for a few days that i didnt tell them sooner but i had  lost my twins at 21weeks not even a yr before so idk if i did not wanna get exvited or if i didnt wanna get them excited.
