So this may be tmi but last night when my man and i were having sex my stomach started cramping up....it settled down after a bit and i fell asleep but today im still crampy.....ill be 21 weeks tomorrow. Could it just be lack of water?

Ur probably having what's called braxton hixs contractions thy can be painful or sometimes just downright uncomfortable but ultamatly harmless

So i posted this earlier but im still crampy.....like theyre not sharp but its more than the normal aches i have in my stomach from stretching....

Probably not. Sex causes your uterus to contract & it's totally harmless.
