breastfeeding
So I had my heart set on breastfeeding and now all of a sudden I dont want to do it anymore
I really have no idea what changed my mind I'm just scared I won't be able to do it. Im still go try anf hopefully I stick with it
Awww noooooo! Why the sudden change of heart?! No pressure, it's ultimately your choice. But please do it if you can! Or at least try.
Think of it this way.. When you breast feed the baby gets all your immunitys. The nutrients can come from formula but the defense system your body has built up can't. So even if you only do it a few weeks it makes a tremendous amount of difference. It's worth any trouble you go threw.
It can be really good for your baby. Like really good... but the only bad part is weaning can be very difficult in some cases.
