back pains :(
Hey Ladies so I am 16weeks today & for about a week or two I've woken up with the worst lower back pain ever . I've never had back pains before , & even after my boyfriend gives me a massage a few seconds later the pain would return . It hurts so bad that I just don't know what to do but cry , any suggestions on what I should do ? I've heard a few of my coworkers say use icy hot ? But idk ... Help please !
I hear ya girl. My back pain is constant :( try getting your boyfriend to put some heat rub on you back. It does wonders.
