any advice to get labour started

Any advice? I got put as high risk as the size of my baby. Classed as full term now so want to try things to get labour started.

Everyone says sex... lol so have lots and lots of sex or walk up and down some stairs

Is it the semen tho that helps or the orgasm???

Both. The seamen is said to soften the cervix and an orgasm can jump start contractions.

Iv tried the stairs but i be in soooo much pain after between my legs

A little home remedy you can find in any pharmacy is called castor oil its a type of laxative but one tablespoon before you go to sleep at night could send you into labor if your baby is ready to come :) sex and walking helps too but castor oil has always worked for every woman in my family

We had to move back into my parents so sex is abit awkward with my parents in the next room. Had quite a lot of tightenings earlier until I went for a walk then they died off till dinner time then had period like pain/back ache was shaking abit from pain but now its all disappeared again

My husband and I have lots of sex and I'm not dialated/thinned any and baby is still high :( I'm only 36 weeks but I was hoping for at least a little change! This is my 3rd baby
