breastfeeding

I gave birth 5 days ago . My milk is producing already.  Is it normal to still not get alot more milk coming out. I'm pumping every 3 hrs.  & what foods can I eat to produce more milk. I don't want them to dry up.

I take postnatal vitamins and they are ment for breastmilk. It seems to be working for me

Waterrr,Oatmeal, carrots, and mixed nuts i produce 3x more milk than i need for my baby girl. Pumping until you're empty let's your body know to make more milk

Allow  your baby suckle on them. This methos has never failed

Try taking fenugreek it helps a ton also make sure your drinking massive amounts of water!
