We're going to be going to get a 2D/3D/4D ultrasound for gender determination on..............................................................................................................SATURDAY!!!! omg, I am SOOOOOOOOO excited! I feel like jumping up and down! Now, I'm just counting down the minutes!!! =D Can't wait and just had to share!

that's an awesome deal! Yea...I'll try to talk to my hubby tonight about it...I hope he goes for it. I'll let you know. the last time I saw my lil' bugger was one time at 8weeks...and the picture they gave me was horrible! It was an old u/s machine. With my last pregnancy that I only carried to 10 weeks I was able to see the baby at 7 wks 2days and you could make out the head and body and even an arm! Weird! At this point though, I just feel like I am going crazy not knowing what I am having...I am starting to break and I said I was going to be strong about not knowing! LOL.

I found my package for $99. If your hubby doesn't want to know, ask him if just you can find out! I really hope he says yes. That would be so awesome. As for the place I'm getting mine done at, I've seen it on Bringing Home Baby & A Baby Story on TLC and the images were awesome!

Danielle, have you considered a 3/D if they don't change their minds? I really would. Not just to find out the sex of the baby, but for that special experience. It's something you'll never forget.

After the appt on Saturday, I'm going to put the video on Youtube if at all possible. Pink, you should ask Chantal for what place she's going to. You never know, she might not be that far away from you. If she is, then just come here and we'll go together! LOL!

I live in Pa...and there was a testimony on there saying that someone drove all the way from Va. to this specific office in my area...that's a 4 hour drive!! Must be a good place then! lol.

it says you have to be at least 25 weeks or more to get a 3d done... on the website that sucks I gotta wait

I just looked up 1800Sonogram.com and I found a center very close to my house. I cannot believe the prices! I thought for sure a 3D u/s would cost way over $300! But I could get a really great package for under $200. How cool is that? Now if I could only convince my husband to let me get one.....They could even get me in this sat. too.. or in the next week. I would have to hurry up and get in though because they would want to see me before I am 32 weeks. How could I convince my husband??? lol

I'm not sure what his reasoning for waiting so long.. Jason my fiance was there and asked when we will know the gender and the dr said I usually like to do it around 24 weeks.. I'm like good gosh, thats forever away.. I understand not having it done at 16 bc a lot can develop but 24 I was baffled by.. I was too wrapped up in seeing the baby on the ultrasound I didn't ask anymore questions I just kept looking at the screen.. I meant to ask about it at my appointment on Tuesday but again when I heard the heartbeat it completely left my mind....my next appointment i'll be 16 weeks, and get my labwork done then so I think I'll ask then about seeing if he'll let me know at 20 instead of 24.

have you tried the chinese lunar calander to see what it predicts you are having...i hear it works for some but not others...just a fun thing to add to the excitement

i couldnt agree with you more about your statement...i want a girl....he wants a boy but i had my boy already (he'll be 4 in march) now im ready for my little and she'll have her big brother to help protect her

I found the place I'm getting mine done at through www.1800sonogram.com I really suggest using that site. I think I'm having a girl. DH wants a boy and I really wouldn't mind a boy because I've always wanted to have a boy first just in case I had a daughter later, that way she'd have a big brother. Everyone else thinks girl...and we'll finally find out! lol. I'm so happy.

That is a long time for you to wait, Danielle. Why not sooner??

YAY!!!  That's cool that you got an appt so fast.  I think I'm gonna ask about that at my next appt.  I live in such a small area I really don' tknow where you can get them done around here.  I know my docs office has a sign about them so I'm sure they can help me!!!
