False labor?

What does that feel like?

I'm 36 weeks. I have mild back pain. Near or above my butt to be exact. My stomach gets hard and then goes away. And it does that every two minutes. She's moving though.  I'm actually not in any real pain except my back is uncomfortable and it feels like I have to poop or have gas.

So what is this?

Labor pains will fluctuate with contractions that are all over the place and you could still be in active labor. The only real way to tell is if your checked out by a Dr. Just keep track of everything going on in your body. If pain gets worse or you've got the urge to push get checked out.

I'm laying down now. And it's not too painful. It feels like I'm on my period lol. So it can't be the real deal. I hear it's worse.
