can my boyfriend get in trouble ?

I'm 17 born on june 24 97 and my boyfriend is 19 born on sept. 25 94 . He's going to turn 20 next month and I'm having my baby in March. Can he get in trouble for me being 17 ? My mom knows and doesn't care, she's perfectly fine with it but will the hospital call the cops on him ? Please help !!!

Aslong as ur parents approve ur fine they wont do anything to him

From what ive heard in tennessee, as long as your parent signs a form stating they were aware and are okay w you dating him, he will not be in trouble. They do have social workers come in for unmarried couples here in tennessee. Again, from what ive heard. I do know that we are required to do either a DNA test or baby daddy (fiance) can sign and affidavit stating he knows the baby is his and accepts parental responisibilities, so i THINK thats where the social worker comes in.

No i was 17 and my husband was 21 at the time and they never did anhthing or even asked his age. Ur almost 18 and also if your parents approve then nothing is wrong. But if u were like 14 and he was 20 then ya theres a problem happened to a girl i know they deported the father for "rape" cause her parents didnt approve

I am not 100% sure but I think as long as your parents don't press charges you are fine.

I'm the same way. I'm almost 17 but I'll be 18 when my son is born and my boyfriend is over 18. Only my doctor asked his age. Since my parents approve they can't do anything.

17 is the legal age of consent in most places. The hospital will not call the cops so you dont have to stress about that. Youre mother is the only one who could possibly call the cops if they were to ever get called but if your mom is fine then they cant do a thing.

no i dont think they will. my sister was 16 and her bf was 22 at the time i think. they didnt do nothing to them.....well him. i dont think they can fo anything but im not sure.

I think if your parent's approve of you guys being together he won't get into trouble. Plus I don't think they ask for his age in the hospital, I'm not sure.
