I'm 22 weeks and 3 days along in my first pregnancy. I woke up this morning with serious pressure in my abdomin and below my diaphragm that grew and shrank in pressure and intensity for a few hours. Exactly what should I look for when it comes to Braxton Hicks contractions and/or false labor?
