As hard as it may be must keep soomething in stomach like crackers or pretzels or whatever. But can't continually throw up nothing. It's way worse.

I used diclegis from ob. It's been around FOREVER and doesn't have the problems zofran has been found to have.

Also you can buy teas that are for morning sickness or just drink some herbal tea when you feel sick, just make sure you look up which teas you can and can't have while pregnant because I know some herbs can cause you to miscarry

Keep crackers or dry cereal by your bedside with a glass of water and eat a few first thing in the morning. Also find a smell to ease nausea, mine was lemon I'd scratch the peel to smell it when I felt like I was going to puke. If you throw up eat something a few minutes later even though you're not hungry it'll help in the long run. My doctor prescribed me zofran but I've heard bad things about it so learn the risks before you take it. I decided to stop taking it as soon as I felt just a little better. Eat light meals, nothing too acidic or greasy. Hope you start feeling better soon!

Ginger beer helped me alot......when I was 9 weeks I started to have smaller meals and snack in between....found it helped alot.  To much at once made me run for the bathroom.
