Does any one know if u have to stay in the hospital for a cerclage or is it a one day procedure

I stayed for 2 hrs till I git feeling back in my legs and I had to pee a certin amour by the time they let me go. It all depends if you have complications and if you are already dialated and things like that. I had it done way before I even dialated or funnled so my cervix was still very long and closed.  But most women get to go hone a few hrs after the its done. They just moniter you for contractions and they check up on the baby.

I personally have never had one done but by what ive seen with others is that it varies from case to case...i saw a lady on another board that had one done and got to go home the same day and another lady that had to stay a couple days
