Is it safe to have during pregnancy??
Totally fine, but it makes it more likely for you to leak through your shirt, and a lot of woman's nipples stretch and get bigger as their breasts grow so they may not look good in the end. My doctor reccomended taking them out purely because the cosmetic reasons of them not looking good stretched.
Yes, I have had mine in the whole time so far (26+5) doctor said I can even keep them in if I breast feed just to take out when feeding n clean well.
