Try getting the fresh one from the deli almost no extra grease like the processed stuff

Girl chorizo and eggs are totally fine. What I do is I get a napkin and dab some of the grease off. I love my chorizo, eggs and papa every morning. My 2 year old loves it too. He eats it with bread.
