clothes, ejaculate, ... pregnant?

so me and my girlfriend were simulating sex with our clothes on (i had cotton pj pants on, she had short jean shorts and undies on). i ejaculated a good amount onto my pj pants and they were pretty moist after (i felt the moisture from the outside of my pants).

what are the chances i accidentally got her pregnant? we did this last night, should she take a Plan B (shes not on birth control)?

should i worry or just move on with another day in my life? it was pretty stupid in retrospect. any help is appreciated.

if you are seriously asking this question then you (and her) are not educated enough to even think about having sex. if shes ready for sex and does not want a child, she needs to (and you) consider birth control pills and condoms. having unprotected sex results in pregnancy, penetrative sex. not oral, not hands, not touching clothes. unprotected ie not using birth control pills on a daily basis, not JUST the morning after pill, using a condom and it splits etc. read up on how the anatomy works. you do not seem ready for sex so wait until you are
