I had the same thing my first trimester every time I coughs it hurts so bad...when I did my first ultrasound they found an ovarian cyst & doc told me is not a big deal it will burst by itself, on my second ultrasound the cyst was gone & the pain gone too.... So I'm glad.
I get that too from time to time, coughing, sneezing, even moving quickly in the wrong direction, im 9wks6days. as the others say, if its not sustained cramping then its fine, everything is moving and stretching and pulling...we just need to take care of ourselves!
Sounds like round ligament pain. This is normal and is just your ligaments/muscles stretching to accommodate your growing uterus, etc. Try sitting down when you have to cough or sneeze or blow your nose -- helps reduce the pain. Also, start sleeping with a pillow between your knees. Helps reduce strain on these muscles.
I was throwing up once one of the rare times morning sickness caught me, and I had this serious cramp/pain in my uterus that held for a few seconds before it went away. I told my OB about it but she said as long as it goes away...it's not sustained cramps, it should be fine. It never came back and baby was fine, so guess she was right.
