I slept on my belly until him kicking me made it uncromfortable. I lay on my back propped up alot, it also helps you feel them move more

You are 1 week pregnant? You dont need to worry about sleeping on your back for a few months. I slept on it until it became uncomfortable and now at 23 weeks it is very hard to breathe when im on my back. As long as your comfortable its okay. Though I have heard that about the time when you start your 2nd trimester is the time to start sleeping in other positions,  to each her own and as long as it's not causing you problems its okay to sleep that way.

Lay at an incline with multiple pillows....but doesn't really matter until later on when the baby is bigger
