I'm 28 weeks and I keep getting cramps like when your about to start your period. Is this normal?

You could also be dehydrated so drink lots of water and see if that helps.

Could be stretching or constipation. As long as no bleeding you should be fine. You can take tylonol tho to help but lower abdomenal cramps are normal in pregnancy.

My dr says it is perfectly normal to get cramps since ur body is going thru so many changes.  Its when the cramps become worse then normal period cramps or u r spotting that u need ur dr asap.  Awkwardly for me it was also constipation giving me cramps at first let ur dr know what's going on and try to just relax. Stress is not good for baby or u. :)

It is normal, it's your uterus stretching. I've already had bad cramps and i'm 8 weeks, rushed to doctor cos i  was worried he said cramping is NORMAL through pregnancy, your body is stretching beyond belief. However if the cramps are SEVERE  and you have bleeding, then get checked out at accident and emergency, x
