I'm 11 weeks pregnant and i Know it's normal to have morning Sickness but I'm Sick throughout the day Everyday and cant eat without throwing up, so nothing ever stays in my system. And there's times I throw up blood from throwing up so much What can I do ? I'm tired of missing work Because Im so sick anyone have any Helpful tips ? Please and thank you

i have been the same until i got medicine for the nausea it was so bad i was in the urgent care twice because i passed out of dehydration cuz i couldn't even keep liquids down now with the medicine i feel so much better

See your obgyn. She will most likely give you something for the nausea. Crackers worked for a while with me then it turned to heartburn and worse nausea, the medicine helps a lot.

Dry crackers help alot .
