I so feel you both I am in the same boat. Last week I seem to do fine and eat, this week I have energy first thing int he morning but around 2pm it starts in and I am laid on the couch til bed time like the juice thing and I love saltine crackers and bagels but I am going to have to try the white ones. I am hungry but once I eat or go to make it, its all over I want to run and throw up. This has started out to be worse than my other 2 and the ectopic in Sep (lost at 7 1/2 weeks) I am only 5 weeks now and I am feeling it. The funny thing is so is DH. I just tell him that how I know he really loves me.

Lol...I crave peanut butter, but it doesn't like me. In my toughest time (during the 1st trimester) I learned not to eat apples or peanut butter...nor the combination of the two. They are disgusting coming back up! Orange juice gave me acid reflux. Cranberry juice has been key. I drink it almost daily & it helps to sooth away nausea. If you get some, make sure you get the Ocean Spray 100% juice. Pretzels worked for a couple of weeks, but they had to be the breaded twists. I avoided frosted shredded wheat bc it didn't like to digest. I loved bagels & cream cheese for weeks. The white ones. I learned wheat is harder to digest. Bagels digested rapidly. Grapes to this day are a top choice. Crackers (Saltines) worked, too. I hated chicken or rather chicken hated me. Steak was a top pick. Everyone is different. You'll just have to try & see what works best for you. Good luck! :)

I would say just eat crackers threw out the day. I was very sick with this pregnancy and I could not keep anything down my other children asked me why the baby does not like me lol. I had to eat crackers through the day and that I could some times keep down I did not gain any weight my first 4m. Hope you are not sick this long I really do because it stinks.....

I am soooooooooo right there with you. This has happened to me all week. I'd crave something and then I'd get it and it just didn't settle right. I haven't thrown up but I have felt very icky and nauseous and otherwise blah.

Pretzels really help settle my stomach more than anything else. Ginger is supposed to help but I don't find the taste that appealing unless they are Ginger Snaps, LOL!
