crazy dream
I am 9 weeks and 4 days and I am plagued with vivid and intense dreams! I have so many dreams in a single night and feel that more unrested and usually wake up with a headache probably from all the brain activity. Just wondering if this is the case for any other mommies to be and are there any natural remedies for dreamless sleep? Good luck to everyone and thanks for any comments!
With my first I had a lot of crazy vivid dreams. Not enough to give me a headache, though. This time I'm not dreaming any differently than normal. I'm a little disappointed by that.
