Wierd happenings after miscarriage

Hi ladies.....I haven't been on in a while as many of you know I had a miscarriage last month....well its been about 4 weeks and I am pretty sure I ovulated about 2 weeks ago (ewcm and everything).....my DH and I ARE NOT ttc at the moment but I am still checking my cp everyday for when we do start ttc again.........Af should be here today or tomorrow but when I checked my cp today it was so high, I could not reach it at all.....not even to see if it was hard, soft, open, or closed.
I know that checking your cp is not an accurate way to check for pregnancy but it just seems odd that it is so high when AF is so close. I do not want to be pregnant so soon after my m/c so I am scared to take a test. Any comments or opinions are welcome!

I had a Mc in April of 08' and got a Bfp on june 5th. Some say it's quicker to get pregnant because you don't know for sure when your going to ovulate. my cycles changed after each birth and miscarriage. Best of luck to you.

I had one af after my m/c in nov 10 I am 16 weeks prego now so its not unheard of to be prego quickly, You really should take a test so you can know how to feel. It's either pos or neg but the sooner you know the quicker you can know how to cope with whatever the outcome is!
Many blessings and prayers!!
