How do you know if your getting BH , every time I lay on either side I get a pressure to the point it really doesn't hurt including on my abdomen ?? Any ideas
I don't realize im having bh unless I happen to touch my belly and its hard then goes soft again. The pressure on your sides when your lying down could be due to your baby going to the side your lying on?
